Three project jobs. One primary calculator each.
01
Cover the walls
Paint quantity depends on coats, coverage, and openings. Estimate gallons before you buy so leftover cans and mid-job shortages stay rare.
Open paint calculator →02
Cover the floor
Flooring needs area plus waste for cuts and pattern match. Size the order with a waste allowance so you are not short on the last row.

Volume the pour
Slabs, footings, and pads are cubic yards, not square feet. Convert dimensions to volume before you order the truck.

Gotchas before you order materials
Short warnings with a calculator handoff.
Coverage rates are not universal
A gallon covers less on rough or porous walls. Use the can's published coverage, then add a coat if the first pass looks thin.
Paint →Waste allowance saves the last row
Patterned flooring and diagonal layouts eat more material than a straight grid. Keep a waste percent in the flooring estimate.
Flooring →Order concrete in volume
Thinking in square feet under-orders thickness. Convert length × width × depth to cubic yards before you call the plant.
Concrete →Roof area is not floor area
Pitch adds surface. Measure or estimate roof plane area, not just the footprint, before you buy shingle squares.
Roofing →Related hubs
